Certificate of Attendance

All participants will receive their participation certificates online after April 27, 2024.

Invitation Letter

The congress invitation letters to be requested to be given to the institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants through the Organization Secretariat. (Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes.)

Delegate Insurance Requirements

If you cause damage to third parties and property you will be liable for this. Please take out valid, comprehensive third-party liability insurance. HIPAT will not cover or be responsible or liable for any costs that may be incurred by any attendees to the congress or insurance costs.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of the registration fee will be given if the cancellation of participation is notified until January 26, 2024. If the cancellation is notified between January 27 - February 23, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. On February 24, 2024 and after, no refund will be made for cancellations, only name change will be possible. All refunds will be made after the end of the congress. The last notification date for name change is April 19, 2024. Name changes will not be accepted after this date.
